As Founder of SoCal Deep Tech and the architect behind SoCal Deep Tech Week, Jay has built one of the premier aerospace and defense innovation communities in Southern California. This ecosystem platform gives AeroX Ventures and its portfolio companies privileged access to emerging deal flow, strategic partners, and government decision-makers across the dual-use technology landscape.

Prior to Aero X Ventures, Jay served as Venture Outreach Manager at an LA-Based nonprofit, where he facilitated around $100 million in venture funding for early-stage companies while building relationships with more than 200 VCs and institutional capital allocators. His operational expertise includes scaling marketing and partnership functions as Head of Marketing at Kinestry, where he secured global brand partnerships with Nike, Renault, and Perry Ellis America.

A thought leader in aerospace and deep tech, Jay has authored papers for the International Aeronautical Congress on AI, telerobotics, and VR/AR applications in space exploration and austere environment medical care.
