Bryce Dabbs is the Founder & CEO of Approach Venture, a consulting firm created to enable founding teams building the future of frontier technology to achieve their full potential. Prior to founding Approach, Bryce spent time in military uniform, Aerospace & Defense investment banking, venture capital as well as several operator roles at defense technology startups leading a combination of finance, operations, business development and strategy.

Bryce holds a BS in Economics from the US Naval Academy and serves as a mentor to several Aerospace & Defense focused accelerator programs. He is an active Engage Member through AIAA and previously served as an Advisory Board Member to the Yellow Ribbon Fund. Bryce serves as an advisor to several defense-focused founders who are building technologies in support of our nation’s security.
